Items are usually shipped the next business day via USPS.
Return Policy
Physical Media and Merchandise
CDs and other physical merchandise purchased through TheFuMP.com may be exchanged for an identical item if the item is found to be defective upon arrival. Please contact support@fidim.com and then return the item to FIDIM Interactive. FIDIM Interactive will then issue a partial refund to the customer to cover the cost of shipping and then ship a new item to the customer. In the event an item is temporarily out of stock the customer will have the option of receiving an alternate item of the same value or waiting until the original item is once again in stock. Other than defective exchanges all sales are final. CDs and other merchandise can not be returned and no refunds will be given.

Digital Media
Refunds are issued for accidental duplicate purchases by a customer. Usually we notice the duplicate order right away and will automatically refund the customer immediately for additional duplicate orders. If you purchased an MP3 or other digital media and were mistakenly charged twice and did not receive a refund for the duplicate purchase please contact support@fidim.com. No other refunds will be given for digital purchases.

Third Party Sales
No refunds or exchanges can be issued for digital media purchased via a third party web site, such as iTunes or Amazon. If you were mistakenly charged multiple times for a purchase you will need to contact the seller to resolve it. CDs and other physical merchandise can be exchanged with FIDIM Interactive for an identical item in the event of a defect. Please contact support@fidim.com to make arrangements. However, we can not offer the partial refund to cover shipping in these cases since we weren't directly paid by the customer.
